If you submit the contact form, the information you enter (name, email, phone if provided, and your message) is delivered to Doug Hooper via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, solely so Doug can respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Listings Frames
Property listings on this site are displayed through embedded MLS search frames provided by FBS (Flexmls). Interactions inside those frames are governed by the privacy practices of that service.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say so.
